We want you to be completely satisfied with your vetsak® comfort experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all our premium lounge furniture. If your new setup isn't the perfect fit for your home, we've made the exchange and return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging; for compressed foam products, ensure they are securely contained in the provided transport bags.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
